Diagnostics & Imaging
- CT

A CT scanner uses X-ray technology to produce fast, detailed cross-sectional images of the body, allowing clinicians to clearly visualise bones, organs, and soft tissues for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

GibMed’s Diagnostic Imaging Centre offers a broad and advanced suite of services—from MRI and CT scans to bone densitometry, ultrasound, digital X-ray, and fluoroscopy—allowing for comprehensive medical imaging in one modern facility. Their multi-slice CT scanner delivers high-resolution cross-sectional images, while the state-of-the-art bone densitometry (DEXA) machine helps assess bone health and fracture risk.  Meanwhile, their ultrasound and X-ray systems provide rapid results with the lowest reasonable radiation exposure, prioritising patient safety.

GibMed’s Diagnostic Imaging Centre includes a state-of-the-art multi-slice CT scanner, enabling high-resolution cross-sectional imaging with exceptional clarity.  This advanced CT system allows clinicians to visualise organs, bones, and soft tissues in detail, helping with accurate diagnosis of a broad range of conditions.

Safety is a top priority at GibMed: all CT examinations are carried out under strict UK-standard radiation protection regulations to ensure that doses are kept as low as reasonably practical.  Their radiology team combines advanced imaging technology with compassionate patient care, delivering timely and precise diagnostic results to support informed medical decisions.
