Dermatology addresses over 3,000 known skin, hair, and nail conditions, making it one of the most diverse specialties in medicine. Skin conditions are among the most common health issues worldwide, with 1 in 4 people experiencing a dermatological concern at any given time.
The dermatology service is provided by a consultant dermatologist from the UK, and our dermatology clinical nurse specialist. Dermatologist Dr Robert Burd (Leicester), is on the specialist register and are members of the British Association of Dermatologists, he has several decades of experience. Nuria Campos is our dermatology clinical nurse specialist with 10 years’ experience in dermatology.
Dermatologists are experts on the skin and its disorders, whether ‘rashes’ or skin lesions (lumps and bumps); the speciality includes:
